The Metal Element is part of the 5 Element TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) Cycle - FIRE, EARTH, METAL, WATER, WOOD
The Metal Element Chi Kung moves strengthen and support our Wei Chi (auric field). When our Wei Chi is strong, our body and mind feel clear and able, and much less vulnerable to external toxins, and negative energy that can lead to dis-ease. Tiger is the animal associated with the healthy Metal Element energy, with its ability to easily slash through difficulties, with a clear, sharp mind, and strong body.
In this course, we will explore specific organ and meridian Chi Kung forms that greatly support health of our lungs and intestines, and thus also support the health of our whole body.
The course explores how to access deeper health through Chi Kung forms, walks, and meditations that balance our Meridians, Dantians, and our Elemental relationships to nature.
There is also a lot of fun to be had in exploring 4 very different Tiger forms to open up to the potency within your energy reservoirs .
Meditation and the very relaxing Cloud Hands form are used to settle the chi after the potent forms, and during deeper states.
This online workshop is for people both new to Chi Kung, and those experienced Chi Kung. There are always deeper states of mindfulness, stillness, and health to be explored.
